LO2 - Contingency Plans (P3)

Original Plan	Possible Problems	Solutions
Film ident 1	Weather conditions so might not be able to film (rain)	Check on the weather the night before if not pick a backup date.
Film ident 2	Weather conditions so might not be able to film (rain)	Check on the weather the night before if not pick a backup date.
Film with the camera	The camera can break.	Be careful with the camera and keep it close by
Recording on an SD card	SD card could be lost/full of storage.	Have a backup SD card.
Recording in a busy area	May be hard to film since may have too many people around.	Find a area where barely any people are around.
Editing on iMac	iMac can glitch	Save work all the time, bring a backup computer.

LO2 - Launch and launch date (P3)

Transporting the camera and tripod to Barkingside park	Pre-launch date for ident 1 and 2: Friday 17th November 2023 First draft of the ident will be completed which means that I can get the audiences feedback and see what I'm able to improve on.
Filming two idents.	Launch date for ident 1 & 2: Friday 1st December 2023 I'll be able to have the final edit done by then and the ident is able to be used in the morning and night, any day, any season.
Editing two idents.
Gather audience feedback before launching idents.
Promote the two idents.

LO2 - Call Sheets (P3)

Ident 1

Location - Milhan's Garden

Date and time - Will be shot in the October Holidays In my house just before the sun comes up, around 5am - 6am. The route to get there is just my home so I won't have to move around.

Cast - None

Crew - Milhan Guclugenc

Props - None

Reminders - Remember to move the camera at the correct timings. Make sure nothing falls in the garden. The equipment I will need are, camera, tripod and an SD card. Make sure that the camera is on filming, otherwise will have to film another day.

What shots are you filming? - 1-10 Shots. The movement of the sunrise.

Ident 2

Location - Barkingside Park

Date and time - Will be shot in the October Holidays at Barkingside Park just before sunset. Will be there at 5pm to set everything out. Will take either the bus or train to get there. Route to get there:

Crew - Milhan Guclugenc

Props - None

Reminders - Remember to move the camera at the correct timings. Stay safe since I'll be out at nighttime in the park. The equipment I will need are, camera, tripod and an SD card. Make sure that the camera is on filming, otherwise will have to film another day. Make sure there are no train/bus strikes when going to the park.

LO2 - Work Plans (P3)

LO2 - Risk Assessment (P3)

Risk assessment:

During the production of filming, I need to take into considerations of the risks and recognise them so when filming I'll be cautious and prevent them from happening. Here are the risks I have identified for both Idents:

All locations	Battery might die	Low	Always have a charger with me. Garden is at my house so I can use the charger there. Barkingside Park is 5 minutes away from my grandma's house so I can charge there.
Milhan’s Garden	Garden is small and cramped	Low	May be cramped and hard to place equipment down but will practise where the most suitable place to place it.
Barkingside Park	Someone may steal the equipment	High	Keep someone close to the equipment. I can since I will only be filming the sky.
